In crisis care, calm is contagious. This practical breakout equips hotline responders with somatic, voice-based, and sensory strategies to regulate themselves and support others—without visual cues. Participants will learn to recognize early signs of dysregulation, use tone and pacing intentionally, and apply grounding tools that foster safety, connection, and steadiness in high-stakes conversations.
Learning Objectives:

- Practice effective techniques and mindset tools that participants can customize and apply right away.
- Develop a specific plan for integrating a tool or technique into their daily routine.
