This keynote is not about inspiring hope—it is about building it in conditions that wear it down. Crisis response work is meaningful, but the conditions can make it difficult to stay connected to that meaning. This session helps responders reconnect with purpose while offering practical ways to stay grounded, clear, and present under pressure.
Learning objectives:
- Maintain grounded decision-making under pressure
- Stay present in emotionally intense crisis situations
