Bio: Chrissy trains mental health professionals, educators, and parents to use simple, accessible mind-body practices in their professional and personal lives. She leads portable mind-body coping skills groups in Dakota County Juvenile Services, special education districts, and inpatient/outpatient mental health programs for children, adolescents, and adults. She is the author of I Am Safe: Trauma-Responsive Practices in Crisis Mental Health.
