Sue focuses on helping caregivers and healthcare professionals see the value in caring for themselves. Sue will point out the positive gains you make when you lean in and do your own self care and growth. Not only does this make you better at your job, but you see positive gains in your personal life with the relationships that matter most to you. Take a seat and tune in to what Sue has to share with you.
Learning objectives:

- What does self-care look like day to day? (Is it a lot of work? I’m already tired.)
- Types of self-care that lead to being better at your job! (Hello, can I get a pay raise?)
- What will you gain from taking time each day to care for yourself? (There is a payoff to your investment in yourself).
