Misgendering of trans and nonbinary individuals is still a common issue in many settings, particularly medical and the workplace. This presentation is a 101 on pronouns and their use in language as pertaining to the trans / nonbinary community along with active steps professionals can take to strengthen their allyship and improve experience for LGBTQIA+ clients.
