Travis Quinlan and Steven Luitjens

Travis is a current member of the Minnesota Army National Guard (MNARNG) serving as a Behavioral Health Officer for the 134th Brigade Support Battalion, and his full-time job is to proudly serve the MNARNG as their Director of Psychological Health.

Steven Luitjens is a dedicated Psychological Health Coordinator (PHC) with the Minnesota Army National Guard, specializing in supporting military-connected populations. Before joining the Behavioral Health team at the Minnesota Army National Guard, Steve began his clinical social work career at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. There, he served as a Clinical Social Worker, contributing to both Primary and Specialty Medicine as well as the Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program. His experience in the military, having retired in 2018, deeply informs his clinical practice, allowing him to connect with individuals on a profound level. Steve holds a Master of Social Work with an emphasis in Military Practice from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
